  • Constructive Feedback: Provide clear, respectful, and actionable comments to support authors’ revisions.

3. Evaluation Criteria

Reviewers should assess manuscripts based on:

  • Originality: Does the work present novel findings or perspectives?

  • Scientific Rigor: Are methods, analysis, and conclusions sound?

  • Clarity & Structure: Is the paper well-organized and clearly written?

  • Relevance: Does the study fit the journal’s scope in pure and applied sciences?

  • Ethics: Ensure compliance with research ethics (e.g., plagiarism, data fabrication).

4. Review Report Structure

A helpful review includes:

  • Summary: Briefly summarize the paper’s objectives and key findings.

  • Major Comments: Highlight significant strengths, weaknesses, or required revisions.

  • Minor Comments: Note specific corrections (e.g., grammar, references, figures).

  • Recommendation: Choose from: Accept, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Reject.
